If a fix isn’t feasible on-site, we’re replacing the entire machine for you. For those residing in remote areas, we will strive to send a technician to you. However, if the remoteness of your location makes this impractical, we can also provide alternative solutions, or you may need to visit a metropolitan area for any necessary repairs.

General Warranty Coverage
Speediance guarantees that your Speediance product, when used, operated, and maintained according to the provided instructions, will be free from material and workmanship defects throughout the warranty period. If material or workmanship defects arise during the warranty period, Speediance will provide free repairs or replacement as required by EU consumer law.
The warranty exclusively applies to products purchased through official Speediance channels or authorized distributors and is intended for personal or household use.
Commerical Usage
For commercial usage, a separate commercial warranty agreement must be arranged prior to commencement of commercial use.
Warranty Period
The warranty period commences from the date you receive your product and expires at midnight on the final day of the respective warranty period listed below:

If proof of receipt is unavailable, the warranty starts 30 days from the product's factory delivery date.
Conditions for Free Warranty Service
Free repairs are available if:

The product was purchased from Speediance Europe.

The product experiences defects due to material or workmanship within the warranty period.

Valid proof of purchase and product serial number (SN) are provided.

The product has not been subject to unauthorized disassembly, modification, misuse, or unauthorized installation.
Warranty Exclusions
This warranty does not apply under the following circumstances:

Damage due to misuse, improper operation, installation errors, unauthorized repair, modifications, or disassembly.

Cosmetic damage not resulting from manufacturing defects.

Normal wear and tear, including performance degradation from regular use (clearly defined below).

Damage from environmental factors (extreme temperature, corrosion, electromagnetic interference).

Data loss resulting from failure to back up data prior to repair.

Damage caused by operating outside specified guidelines or in extreme environments.

Force majeure events (fire, flood, earthquake, etc.).

Products used commercially without a commercial warranty agreement.
EU Consumer Rights and Burden of Proof
Under EU law:

Defects appearing within the first 12 months after delivery are presumed to have existed at the time of delivery unless Speediance proves otherwise. After 12 months, customers must demonstrate the defect existed at delivery.

Consumers are entitled to repair, replacement, price reduction, or refund if repairs or replacements fail, are delayed unreasonably, or cause significant inconvenience.
Transferability
The warranty is transferable provided the new user presents valid proof of original purchase from authorized Speediance channels.
Obtaining Warranty Service
Contact Speediance via email at hello@speediance.eu with your order number, product serial number and valid purchase documentation. Follow Speediance instructions for troubleshooting or arranging return shipments.
Logistics Costs
Speediance will cover repair logistics for warranty-covered issues. Costs related to improper claims or out-of-warranty repairs, including shipping, taxes, and customs, are borne by the customer.
Cross-border Warranty (EU)
Within the EU, warranty services are provided without additional customs charges. Cross-border service requests within the EU must be pre-approved by Speediance.
Wear and Tear
Resistance cables and similar items experiencing thinning, cracks, fraying, or broken strands due to normal use are considered normal wear and tear and are excluded from warranty coverage. Inspect regularly and replace promptly for safety. Replacement parts are available from Speediance; labor and associated costs for installation are your responsibility.
Data and Privacy
Backup your data before sending products for repair. Speediance is not liable for data loss during repairs. Personal data will be processed per GDPR and privacy regulations.
Limitation of Liability
Speediance is not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages including lost profits or data loss. Total liability shall not exceed the original purchase price of the product, except where restricted by law.
Commercial Use
Products intended for commercial use require a separate warranty agreement. Contact Speediance directly to arrange this.
General Provisions

Speediance reserves rights related to unpaid fees, handling returns, and disposal after unclaimed periods per applicable laws.
Privacy and Data Protection
Speediance will handle your personal data responsibly, in compliance with GDPR, during warranty processing and repairs. Backup your data prior to sending products for service.
Changes to Warranty
Speediance reserves the right to modify this warranty policy as necessary. Such modifications will not negatively affect your statutory rights.
